Dear Howard, Tori and Staff,

I would like to thank you all for making my mom's service so wonderful.  For all the personal touches from visiting at Loretto to make arrangements to the opening door on the cars, to the phone calls and packaging the flower etc.  You "ROCK!"  Everyone was so impressed.  Thank you for making a very hard day a great day in my memories.

Dear Howard,

I cannot thank you enough for the wonderful job you did with my mother's services.  From the initial meeting to the close, everything was perfect.  Mom looked beautiful - just like mom - which meant a lot to us after we had seen her in the hospital right after she died.  I'm sure your dad is very proud of how you've carried on the family business.  You've served our family many times and things are always nice, but you really outdid yourself for mom.  I appreciate it and thank you from the bottom of my heart.
